NYS workplace culture, development and wellbeing initiatives have been recognised by the C&IT, the UK’s leading brand for the MICE industry, to crown us as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’.
Alongside our sister brand Capita Travel and Events, we picked up the silver award in the ‘large agency’ (51+ UK employees) category, when all the winners announced at a drinks reception during the C&IT Summit – the largest gathering of MICE experts in the UK - on 21 June.
It its inaugural year, the C&IT's Best Places to Work scheme has been designed to help event agency team leaders develop the best possible working environments for their staff, while recognising outstanding workplaces and initiatives. Special attention was paid to our reward initiatives, culture, organisational health and mental health.
A judging panel, comprised of highly experienced event industry professionals, selected NYS as one of the winners.
